2.2 User Responsibility:

You are responsible for supervising children using the App to ensure it is used appropriately. The App is not a substitute for professional therapy and should be used as a supplementary tool.

2.3 Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of a minor.
• The App is designed for use by children, but parental or guardian supervision is strongly encouraged, particularly for children under the age of 3.
• By allowing a minor to use the App, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian or have obtained proper consent from their parent or guardian.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 Terms of Use for Augmented Reality (AR) Technology within the App

The app is designed to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for children. However, there are some potential risks when using augmented reality (AR) technology that should be considered:

• Tripping and Physical Injuries: Navigating while using the app may result in collisions or tripping, so make sure to use the app in a safe, obstacle-free environment.
• Using the Camera in Unsafe Areas: Users should avoid using the app in dangerous areas, such as roads or high places.
• Unaware Interaction with Surrounding Environment: It is advised not to use the app while walking or driving to avoid accidents.
• Parental Supervision Required: Parents should monitor their children while using the app to ensure it is used safely and appropriately.
